October 30 – Russian Ministry of Energy has confirmed a temporary gas price of 378 USD per 1000 cubic meters for Ukraine as well as a temporary price of gas of 365 USD per 1000 cubic meters in the first quarter of 2015.

October 30 – President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and German Chancellor Angela Merkel have condemned the intention of holding pseudo-elections in so-called People’s Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk on November 2nd, because this contradicts the Minsk Agreement of September 5th.

October 30 – SBU detained three Ukrainian citizens who were actively involved in terrorist activities on the side of “DNR”. One of them lives in Hirnyk in Donetsk region, a 29 year-old citizen “K” with the surname “Drach”. “As a member of an illegal armed formation, he as a fighter from May to July took part in armed attacks on ATO forces, set up and defended block posts in the villages Karlivka and Pisky in Donetsk region. While on duty, he checked out the transport vehicles and examined the documents of the citizens, looking for individuals who were on the ‘execution’ list of the terrorists,” SBU reported.
