November 3 – Russia recognized the “elections” in Donbas. “We respect expression of will by the residents of South East [of Ukraine]. Elected representatives have been given a mandate to solve challenges of restoring normal life in the regions… In view of the elections held, it extremely important to take steps to establish sustainable dialogue between the central Ukrainian government and the representatives of Donbas as provided by Minsk Agreements. We are ready to join our international partners in continuing to constructively contribute to resolving crisis in Ukraine” – statement of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

November 3 – UN does not intend to recognize so-called elections organized by insurgents of “People’s Republic of Donetsk” and “People’s Republic of Luhansk”, – said the Deputy Spokesman for UN Secretary-General Farhan Haq.

November 3 – Russia’s recognition of fake “elections” in Donbas is slap in the face for the European Union and all those who believed in Minsk Agreements – said former Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt.

November 3 – Cancellation of sanctions against Russian Federation is impossible after a statement recognizing “elections” in self-proclaimed of “People’s Republic of Donetsk” and “People’s Republic of Luhansk” – said the head of the German governmental press and information agency Steffen Seibert: “Should the situation deteriorate, it may be necessary to strengthen the sanctions”.

November 3 – Russia is actively transferring its troops to the areas controlled by the militants – said NSDC spokesman Andriy Lysenko: “Intensive relocation of military equipment and manpower from Russian Federation to the area, which is temporarily controlled by the militants. The presence of Russian troops is not even disguised”.

November 3 – There is an active reformation ofo various bandit Parliamentary groupings of Pro-Russian seperatists and Russian terrorists in Donbas. They have formed four shock forces – Luhansk, Horlivka-Donetsk, Volnobask-Telmaniv, and Novoazovsk, which number 27-27 thousand people. Such is the data of the group “Informational opposition” published by Dmytro Tymchuk.

In the ranks of the given groups according to the estimation of the IS group, there are close to 14-15 thousand Russian mercernaries and soldiers of RF, and also 10 – 12 thousand fighters from local gang formations.”

Also the given groups have the following artillery:

-110-115 tanks

-250-280 BBM (combat iron-clad machines) of the types: BMP, BTR,MT-LB;

-80-100 cannons gun tube artillery and generating units RSZO

-close to 500 units of automobiles (from Russian army iron-clad KaMAZes and fuel carriers to crudely made han trucks).

“With the active assistance of Russian specialists, the leaders of “DNR” and “LNR” are conducting the process of “unifying” the gang formations in order to form “regular army units and sub-units,” writes Tymchuk.
