November 14 – While monitoring the skies over the Baltic region, two Dutch fighter jets F16 (part of NATO patrol forces) intercepted Russian military transport aircraft Il on Wednesday evening. Prior to this, a Russian plane has entered the airspace of Estonia and Lithuania.

November 14 – Yet again the Russian ruble has beat its own “anti-record”. Dollar was trading at over 47 rubles – another psychologically important milestone reached at the Moscow Stock Exchange.

November 14 – Prime Minister of Ukraine Arsenioy Yatsenyuk has stated that he might offer the post of Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration to one of the European leaders even though, according to the law on the Cabinet of Ministers, only a citizen of Ukraine can be a member of government.

November 14 – Different terrorist groups continue to fight each other in Luhansk, – informed NSDC spokesman Andriy Lysenko, when citing OSCE mission reports. The areas occupied by the Russian terrorists are gradually turning into Somalia.

In the last 2 months we have developed and implemented some major steps in order to make sure that our Armed Forces and other units can protect Ukraine… If events begin to unfold in defiance of the peace plan, Ukrainian Armed are ready and able to fight back”, – emphasized the President.

November 14 – According to Russian Accounting Standards, Gazprom’s net profit for the first three quarters of 2014 has amounted to 35.8 billion rubles. For the same period last year, Gazprom’s net profit was at 466.6 billion rubles. Thus, we have witnessed a 13 times decrease.

November 14– The government has approved an enumeration of resident districts not under the controll of state government since they are occuppied by Russian terrorists. There is panic in Donbas. On December 31st financing by Ukraine in these territories will end. Donetsk Mayor Oleksandr Luk’yanchenko has asked the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to review this decision, which foresees the transfer from the ATO zone of all budget organizations, life-sustaining enterprises, since in these places it is a “humanitarian catastrophe”. However, not to pay any taxes, to destroy one’s own infrastructure, to drown one’s own mines, to blow up one’s own bridges for 8 months – that was not a humanitarian catastrophe… He sent an appropriate letter to Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk: “Fulfilling this decision will lead to the curtailment of bread mills, milk factories and other food and commercial enterprises in the ATO zone. The displaced professionals and workers from the ATO zone, who in the city of Donetsk alone add up to close to 200,000 people, will lose their jobs, their pay, and the means of physical existence… This will lead to a holdup in paying pensions… Currently, there are close to 100,000 pensioners, solitary individuals who exist on the cusp of survival… The curtailment of services by the Savings Bank branch makes it impossible to realize payments for communal services, collections from business entities, and the payment of mail, bank orders and other financial operations necessary for living,” wrote the Donetsk mayor.

Novemer 14 – NATO General Secretary Jens Stoltenberg placed the responsibility for violating the ceasefire in Donbas on RF President Volodymyr Putin.
