November 13 – Ukrainian company Motor Sich has totally curtailed the delivery to Russia of small sized gas turbine trucks for cruise missiles – General Director of the Russian Corporation Tactical Missile Armaments, Boris Obnosov. And the Russians expected very much that they would receive these engines. “If this decision was made then with pleasure we will continue to cooperate.We need to have a legitimate right. We will not buy things “on the sly”, stated Obnosov.

November 13 – Among the personnel of the Fourth Division of the Air Forces of Russia and the Southern Army Command, an aviation unit is being formed, parts of which will be based in Crimea-General Headquarters of RF Armed Forces. Within the division, there will be squadrons of destruction, storm, reconnaissance, air transport, front bombers and helicopter sub-units. Russia is building up its armed presence in Crimea. Is it preparing to intervene in Ukraine?
