By annexing Crimea, Russia has carried out an act of aggression against Ukraine. Currently Russia is transferring terrorist and sabotage groups to Eastern Ukraine. Russia aims to prevent legitimate presidential elections from happening. Everyday life in Eastern Ukraine has turned into a continuous nightmare in the middle of Europe. Our country is being destroyed right before our eyes. We therefore take the courage to inform you about current events in Ukraine. This is just another point of view. We will do our best to remain objective.

June 20 – Approximately 300 insurgents-separatists have been killed over the last 24 hours near the villages of Yampil and Zakitne close to Sloviansk (Donetsk oblast). 7 Ukrainian servicemen have also been killed and 30 have been wounded, informs ATO’s spokesman Vladyslav Selezniov. The base of Russian terrorists in Sloviansk is totally blocked.

June 20 – Over 90 terrorists and saboteurs have been detained by the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) during the latest weeks. Among them – 13 citizens of the Russian Federation, said the Head of the SSU Valentyn Nalyvaichenko.

June 20 – The Head of the SSU Valentyn Nalyvaichenko: “Russia has been preparing the aggression towards Ukraine for a while now. Between December 2013 and end of February 2014, three groups of consisting of high ranking officials of theFederal Security Service of the Russian Federation have been employed at the Security Service of Ukraine. During this time all innovative weapons, personnel files, archives – the basis of a professional intelligence agency – all was transported to Simferopol… Together with Yanukovych, Moscow was systematically preparing for Crimea’s annexation and for other events, happening in Donbas today”.

June 20 – 10 Grad BM-21 launch vehicles, Т-64 tanks and other equipment have infiltrated Ukraine from the Russian Federation. Ukraine has proof that the vehicles and equipment belong is in service in the Russian Army, stated acting Minister of Defense Mykhaylo Koval.

June 20 – Ukraine intends (unilateraly) to set up a 10 kilometer buffer zone along Ukrainian-Russian border, said Deputy Chief of the Presidential Administration Valeriy Chalyi.

June 20 – President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has arrived at the anti-terrorist center of the National Guards of Ukraine located in Donbas in order to familiarize himself with current situation.

June 20 – 38 thousand people have fled Crimea and Eastern Ukraine. They are mostly settling down in the central parts of Ukraine, informs the UN.
