There can be no doubt that those who have ordered the convoy south have more than succour in mindRarely in history can the outcome of a mission of mercy have been awaited with such trepidation. The Russian trucks heading for the Ukrainian border are supposedly carrying supplies to relieve the suffering of the civilian population in the besieged cities of Luhansk and Donetsk.
