As reports the Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain, the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union was ratified by Spain on May 19, 2015.

It is noted by the Foreign Ministry of Spain that ratification is evidence of Spain’s firm commitment to Ukraine.
“Spain has submitted the document, which ratifies the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, to the General Secretariat of the Council of Europe. Prior to that the document has been approved by the parliament and signed by the King,” the Press Service.
On May 21 and 22 the EU to hold the fourth summit with the countries making up the Eastern Association in Riga (Latvia).
