BRUSSELS (Reuters) – German Chancellor Angela Merkel warned Russia on Wednesday that any serious violation of the current ceasefire in east Ukraine – which she described as “fragile” – would prompt Europe to impose further sanctions on Moscow for supporting the separatists.
