Eighty-two were still missing after rebels seized key town of Debaltseve.


Ukrainian army says more than 90 Ukrainian troops were captured and 82 were still missing after rebels seized the key town of Debaltseve on Thursday.
The Ukrainian military said in Kiev that it had asked observers from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) to help to locate the missing troops.
Meanwhile, France, Germany, Ukraine and Russia have agreed to push through the implementation of the ceasefire accord in Kiev, forged last week in the Belarus capital of Minsk.
