Russian President Vladimir Putin said it was a ”good morning” after all-night talks with Ukrainian, French and German leaders on defusing the conflict in eastern Ukraine. Putin said a lot had been agreed, including a cease-fire, withdrawal of heavy weapons, and special status for parts of eastern Ukraine.
