The Union of the Bulgarian Black See Local Authorities /UBBSLA/ is a partner at an international project, named ALECTOR – Collaborative Networks of Multilevel Actors to advance quality standards for heritage tourism at Cross Border Level, executed under the CBC Black Sea Programme.
