The Consultative Council for National Securitywill be convened soon to discuss the state the Bulgarian army is in, said President and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Rossen Plevneliev. For the time being there is no need to convene the Council in connection with the situation in Ukraine but if any emergency should arise, we shall react promptly, he said.
