At the moment Bulgarian exporters suffer serious losses from Russia’s current economic policy of restrictions of the access of Bulgarian production to Russian markets, said Bulgarian Minister of Economy Bozhidar Lukarski during a meeting with Ambassador of the Ukraine to Sofia Mykola Baltazhy.
