Russian president Vladimir Putin has accused the West of pursuing double standard.
Putin went on to say that applying the Minsk agreement will be hard, but Russia and Germany need to work together to influence all parties to help end the conflict. He supported the idea that only the OSCE will be able to apply the MINSK agreement in eastern Ukraine.
