President Rosen Plevneliev has stressed the need of coordinated international action to tackle the migrant crisis.Speaking at an international forum in Sofia, Bulgaria’s head of state has warned that “every new piece of fence, two-way border blockades, barbed wire, water cannons and tear gas used against refugees – and this [is happening] in the hear of Europe.””The EU is standing against its own rules… against itself,” the Bulgarian National Radio quotes him as saying.
