Yatsenyuk summoned to court on Grigorishin`s claim

The Kyiv Pechersk District Court has summoned former Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk to a meeting on October 13 as a defendant in a suit filed by Ukrainian-born Russian billionaire Konstantin Grigorishin.

The relevant summons was published today in the Ukrainian government`s Uriadovy Kurier newspaper.

”To the attention of Arseniy Yatsenyuk. Kyiv Pechersk District Court summons you as a defendant in the trial of a civil case in connection with a suit filed by Konstantin Grigorishin,” the document said.

According to the document, Grigorishin filed a lawsuit for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation and to refute the false allegations.
