Yatseniuk says Russia not willing to resolve conflict in eastern Ukraine

Russia is not fulfilling the agreements reached in Minsk and is observing a truce only in words.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said this during his visit to the National Guard’s training center in Novi Petrivtsi.
“The truce is when they don’t shoot and don’t kill. Russia, which signed 12 points of the Minsk memorandum, must fulfill each point. Russia is far from switching from words to deeds. I can state the lack of willingness of the Russian side to resolve the conflict and fulfill the Minsk agreements,” he said.
He stressed that Russia’s actions do not correspond to its statements.
