Yatseniuk, Mogherini discuss Ukraine-EU association, situation in Donbas

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk met on Wednesday with Vice President of the European Commission and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has reported.
“The head of government stressed the importance of achieving quick results on key priorities of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU: the implementation of the Association Agreement, financial and economic stabilization in Ukraine, the introduction of a visa-free regime for Ukrainians, and the fight against corruption,” reads the statement.
Yatseniuk and Mogherini also paid significant attention to the security and humanitarian situation in the territories temporarily controlled by Russian-supported terrorists. Yatseniuk reiterated the government’s intention to continue its efforts to deliver humanitarian assistance to Donbas in close cooperation with international organizations.
