Yanukovych’s house in Kyiv sold to new owner

The new owner’s name is Arthur Khachaturovich Rostomyan, Nashi Groshi [our money] news site reports according to records supplied by the state register office of property title on real estate.
The sale agreement was signed on October 2, 2014 and witnessed by a notary named Aliona Petritska. According to the documents discovered in Yanukovych’s former Mezhyhiria estate last winter, she serviced ex-president’s Mezhyhiria group of companies as a notary.
There was no information reported on state registration of encumbrances, i.e. the seizure of property had not been imposed.
The titles for land and the house located on the river waterfront have been issued to Kyivmiskbud LLC until last October. The owner of this company is listed as House of Forester LLC, which also holds ownership title for the grounds in Sukholuchchia-hunting grounds owned by Yanukovych in the Dnipro-Teteriv forestry. The same House of Forester firm had been supplying valuable construction materials for the development of Yanukovych’s former Mezhyhiria estate north of Kyiv.
