With 99% of votes counted, Svoboda does not enter parliament

The Ukrainian Central Election Commission (CEC) has processed 99% of electronic protocols from precinct election commissions as of 16.35, according to the commission’s website.
The People’s Front remains in first place, with 22.17% of the vote. The Bloc of Petro Poroshenko goes second, with 21.81% of the vote. Samopomich is third, with 10.99%.
Winning parliamentary seats are also the Opposition Bloc (9.38%), the Radical Party (7.44%) and Batkivshchyna (5.68%).
Svoboda lacks 0.3% to overcome the 5% electoral threshold – the party has currently won 4.71% of the vote.
The Communist Party of Ukraine collected 3.86% of the vote, Anatoliy Hrytsenko’s Civil Position Party – 3.11%, and Serhiy Tihipko’s Strong Ukraine Party – 3.1%.
The remaining 19 parties gained less than 3%.
