Commander of the Operational Command Pivden (South) General Ruslan Khomchak refuses to answer the questions of members of the Verkhovna Rada Provisional Investigatory Commission on investigation into the events in Ilovaisk, referring to secret information.
He has said during an examination by the Commission members, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“I would not like that our enemy heard about our weak points. I cannot be insincere with the honorable commission, but the conversation must be held in another format,” Khomchak said.
To remind, at the previous meeting of the Commission, Defense Minister Valeriy Heletei and Chief of the General Headquarters Viktor Muzhenko refused to answer the questions of the Commission members.
