UN will present new report on Ukraine

UN will present a new report on the situation in Ukraine on observation of human rights September 30.
ITAR TASS informed about this referring to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights.
“A report will be made Tuesday, September 30, in Geneva,” Andre-Michel Essoungou said, Public Information Officer at UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.
According to him, a report will include the events that took place in Ukraine from August 18 till September 16.
As Essoungou noted, following publication of a report in Geneva, Assistant Secretary-General for Human Rights Ivan Simonovic may present it at the UN Security Council.
He said that we are ready for this, but by this moment there was not a relevant inquiry (from the Security Council).
To remind, a monitoring Commission for Human Rights was developed in Ukraine by the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights this March.
