Umansky becomes first deputy finance minister

The Cabinet of Ministers at its meeting on Wednesday appointed former Acting Finance Minister (2009-2010) Ihor Umansky First Deputy Finance Minister.
Umansky wrote on Facebook about this.
“Took such a decision! Even knowing that the elections will be soon and a new coalition, and the new government. If there is possibility not only to advise as an “independent expert,” but to try and do something, it is necessary to take and do,” he commented on his appointment this way.
To remind, earlier, Anatoliy Miarkovsky occupied a position of First Deputy Finance Minister, who is a suspect in a case about embezzlement of state funds.
