National Police Chief Khatia Dekanoidze says only 32% of officers of Ukraine`s National Police are in full gear, as required, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
”Currently, the level of availability of equipment for the police is 32%,” she told journalists in Kyiv on Friday.
This figure should increase to 50% until the end of the current year, she said.
