Ukrainian military remain on those positions, which were specified in the first Minsk Protocol of September 5, having not retreated for a single step.
Spokesman of the NSDC Information-Analytical Center Andriy Lysenko told a briefing, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“As of today’s morning, Ukrainian military did not retreat for a single meter from the positions, which were discussed and the first protocol was signed September 5 in Minsk. In other words, starting with September 5, our military defend the same positions, on which they remain today – nobody retreated anywhere,” Lysenko said.
