Ukrainian military block road to Mariupol

After repulsing an attack on the Novoazovsk-Mariupol route, Ukrainian government troops hit two tanks and blocked a road to Mariupol.
Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) information and analytical center spokesman Andriy Lysenko said this at a briefing on August 25.
“The remains of the columns that this morning [on August 25] tried to drive out to the road leading to Mariupol were stopped and attacked by a combat group of the ATO forces,” he said.
As a result, Ukrainian security forces hit two tanks and captured several members of a subversive and intelligence group.
After that, there were no battles in the direction of Mariupol.
