Ukrainian anti-aircraft gunners shoot down Russian drone in Donbas conflict zone

Ukrainian anti-aircraft gunners have shot down a Russian-made drone that attempted to fly over the positions of the anti-terrorist operation forces, the press center for the anti-terrorist operation has reported.
“Accurate shooting was demonstrated by the anti-aircraft gunners of the anti-terrorist operation forces. In one sector of responsibility of the anti-terrorist operation forces, Ukrainian soldiers, with a skilled shot from a ZU-23-2, ‘deprived of sight’ the aerial reconnaissance of terrorists, presumably produced in Russia,” reads the statement.
According to the press center, in order to protect the life and health of the civilian population from terrorist provocations, Ukrainian gunners have performed 29 strikes over the past 24 hours.
Reports of the enemy’s losses among manpower and machinery and the destruction of their firing positions are being specified.
