The total amount of Ukraine`s state and state-guaranteed debt at the end of October 2016 was US$68.35 billion, which was 0.4% less than at the beginning of the month, according to the Ukrainian Finance Ministry`s website.
The total sum of the Ukraine`s state and state-guaranteed debt in the hryvnia equivalent at the end of October amounted to UAH 1.743 trillion, which was 2.3% less than at the beginning of the month.
The ministry said that the state and state-guaranteed debt in the dollar equivalent in January-October increased by 4.3%, or by $3.84 billion, while the amount in the hryvnia equivalent was 10.8%, or UAH 170.460 billion, up over the period under review.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the total amount of Ukraine`s state and state-guaranteed debt at the end of September 2016 was $68.61 billion, which was 2.8%, or $ 1.9 billion up on the beginning of the month.
