Ukraine to buy one billion cubic meters of gas from Russia this year

Ukraine plans to buy one billion cubic meters of Russian gas by the end of 2014.
Naftogaz of Ukraine CEO Andriy Kobolev said this on Monday, the Prime online news site reported.
“We plan to buy one billion cubic meters of gas from Russia by the end of this year,” Kobolev said.
As reported, Ukraine earlier planned to buy four billion cubic meters of gas from Russia by the end of 2014.
