Ukraine does not count on revenues from Donbas enterprises in budget 2015

In the draft budget for 2015 Ukraine does not count on revenues from enterprises, which are on the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
Finance Minister Oleksandr Shlapak told on air of the TV channel “1+1.”
“In the draft budget 2015, Ukraine does not count on the occupied territories,” he noted.
The Minister added that about 30% of currency revenues Ukraine received at the expense of enterprises, which are on the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, controlled by militants.
Shlapak also expressed doubt that industrial enterprises could be transferred to territories, controlled by Ukraine.
“It’s easy to say: “Reregister.” How will you remove a metallurgical or chemical enterprise from this territory? Possibly, they will be glad to pay taxes, but how to organize this work in Donbas now?” he added.
