UK representative to UN: Russia involved in war

Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom to the UN Jeffrey Feltman has said that Russia is involved in the war in eastern Ukraine.
He stated this in his speech at the UN Security Council.
“Russia is not only financing and arming terrorists, but is also directly involved in the war,” he said, adding that “the words of the Russian authorities about the desire for peace do not mean anything.”
Jeffrey Feltman also mentioned that the Grad rockets from Russia had been used in terrorist attacks in Mariupol and Volnovakha. “Russia must withdraw its equipment and troops from Donbas, it must stop backing up terrorists.”
