Pro-Russian terrorists seized Novoazovsk, robbed the bank branches and disrupted all social payments.
Spokesman of the NSDC Information-Analytical Center Andriy Lysenko told a briefing.
“In Novoazovsk, terrorists robbed the local bank branch. Due to this, social payments are suspended in the city, there is a shortage of food, the remains are sold at inflated prices,” he said.
