Spokesman of the NSDC Information-Analytical Center Andriy Lysenko told a briefing today, Ukrinform reports.
“The terrorists are trying to undermine the situation, but they do not have enough strength for a counterattack. They have no opportunity to make a partial mobilization, and we have,” Lysenko said.
