Spokesman of the NSDC Information-Analytical Center Andriy Lysenko said at the Shuster LIVE program, UNN reports.
“The terrorists have repeatedly shot a column of refugees, and they shelled with Grad rocket launchers even those cities, where there were no military. “Thousands of tons of iron were falling on people’s heads, broke roofs. Now we cannot go to those places and get those, who remained there, as terrorists continue to fire,” Lysenko said.
He added that the same terrorists do not allow the Ukrainian military to the crash site of the Malaysian Boeing 777 until now.
