Terrorists break ‘silence regime’ 17 times in past 24 hours

Illegal armed groups have violated a “ceasefire regime” in eastern Ukraine 17 times over the past 24 hours, the press center for the anti-terrorist operation has reported.
“The shelling of the positions of our troops continued around Luhansk, Donetsk and Debaltseve,” reads the statement.
According to the anti-terrorist operation headquarters, Ukrainian artillery strikes in response to attacks by terrorists. Ukrainian servicemen clearly and strictly adhere to the ceasefire regulations.
Information Resistance group coordinator Dmytro Tymchuk, in turn, said that the major share of shelling incidents had been recorded in the Donetsk area. Mainly small arms and mortars were used. The enemy opened fire from its positions in the area of the settlements of Avdiyivka, Maryinka, Nikishyne, Chornukhyne and others, he said.
