The first round of negotiations with the IMF mission is being held in Kyiv.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk stated this at a government meeting on Tuesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“The first round is taking place now,” he said.
He said that the IMF mission arrived in Kyiv today.
Yatseniuk added that approaches to the planned reduction of government spending would be determined along with partners from the IMF, the World Bank and other international financial institutions.
