Six ‘non-humanitarian aid’ trucks enter Donbas from Russia

Six trucks with white flags and the flags of Russia have entered Ukraine through the militant-controlled Izvaryne checkpoint.
Deputy Head of the Information and Analytical Center of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Volodymyr Polevy said this at a briefing in the Ukrainian Media Crisis Center on Saturday, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“Six trucks with white flags and the flags of Russia moved through the Izvaryne checkpoint towards Ukraine from Russia at 20.40 yesterday. The Russian side did not notify representatives of the Ukrainian interagency group about the route of this cargo, explaining that the cargo is not humanitarian,” Polevy said.
Russia’s representatives also confirmed that another so-called humanitarian aid convoy from Russia would arrive in Ukraine on December 21.
