The greatest number of attacks at ATO positions, including at night, were recorded in the area of the Donetsk airport. This strategic site is under the ATO control for six month, the night passed relatively quietly in other sectors of the ATO responsibility.
The ATO press center wrote on its Facebook page.
“On the eve, militants fired positions of Ukrainian military in the area of Maloorlivka and Debaltseve. The situation in Mariupol remains stable and controlled by the ATO,” the publication says.
The antiterrorist forces continue to stay in the places of their dislocations and perform the tasks, specified within the temporary ceasefire. The main activity is directed at ensuring the protection and defense of specified areas, borders, checkpoints and major facilities.
