Shkiriak admits current phase of Russia’s invasion

Adviser to the Interior Minister Zorian Shkiriak admits that the Russian Federation will hold a current phase of invasion in Ukraine.
He said this on air of the TV channel 112 Ukraine.
“On the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, there are no terrorist bands uncontrolled by Putin! There is, let’s say, a kind of misunderstanding between the band groups and the war, but all this is fighting for the sphere of influence and all of them are controlled by Putin,” Novoye Vremia quotes the advisor.
According to Shkiriak, today, the situation is formed in a way that it is necessary to announce about the current “quite real” phase of possible large-scale confrontation.
The advisor also stressed that Ukraine will not allow the Crimean scenario and all, who organized “elections” in the “DPR” and “LPR,” will be punished.
Earlier, the U.S. said in the Security Council that Russian forces again return to the border with Ukraine alongside the sectors, controlled by militants.
