The servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine withdrew from Khriashchuvate and Novosvitlivka and went on the defensive near Luhansk.
Spokesman of the NSDC Information-Analytical Center Andriy Lysenko told a briefing on Saturday, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“The regular units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were ordered to leave the villages of Khriashchuvate and Novosvitlivka, Krasnodon district, and they took up defensive positions near Luhansk,” Lysenko said.
He also informed that over the past time, the ATO forces 21 times entered into the fire contact with the terrorists in the area of ?? settlements of Mnohopillia, Stanytsia Luhanska, Heorhiyivka, Malomykolayivka, Komsomolske, Chervona Poliana, Lutuhino, Makarove, Mayorsk and the Luhansk airport.
