SBU prevents terrorist attacks in France during EURO-2016

The SBU Security Service of Ukraine has detained a terrorist group whose members reportedly plotted a series of terrorist attacks in France during the UEFA EURO-2016 in June 2016, SBU Head Vasyl Hrytsak said at a briefing in Kyiv on Monday.

According to the information obtained by the security service, the arrested individuals intended to perform about 15 terrorist attacks.

The attacks were to be executed in France before and during Euro 2016, Hrytsak said.
