Savchenko unlikely to be returned within ”few weeks” as Poroshenko says – lawyer

Nadia Savchenko`s lawyer Mark Feygin believes that Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has exaggerated, suggesting the Ukrainian female pilot and MP will be released within a few weeks.
”Of course, I would like to share with the President of Ukraine his optimism on ”weeks before the release” of Nadia Savchenko, but my intuition tells me otherwise,” Feygin wrote on Twitter.
At the same time, he expressed hope that his skepticism about Savchenko`s fast return to Ukraine would be ”an incentive for the Kremlin.”
”Savchenko is unlikely to be released before Easter or by late May,” Feygin tweeted.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said in an interview with Ukrainian TV channels that he had a ”firm hope” that the presidential plane would return the illegally convicted in the Russian Federation Ukrainian pilot, MP and member of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE Nadia Savchenko within a few weeks.
