Savchenko to represent Ukraine at PACE

Nadia Savchenko will represent the Ukrainian parliament at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
Batkivshchyna Party leader Yulia Tymoshenko said this during the initialing of a coalition agreement on Friday, a Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“I want to thank you for supporting a point on the release of all those who are now in prison and captivity in Russia, including Nadia Savchenko, who became an MP and was given the right to be a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe on behalf of the whole parliament,” she said.
Tymoshenko also confirmed the inclusion in the coalition agreement of the positions on the cancellation of the immunity of judges, MPs and president, as well as on the cancellation of Ukraine’s non-aligned status.
