Russian-terrorist forces are actively regrouping near three populated localities in Luhansk region, Information Resistance group leader Dmytro Tymchuk has reported on Facebook.
“The active movement of Russian-terrorist troops was reported near Luhansk, Lysychansk and Alchevsk,” he wrote.
In addition, he said, fuel and oil materials were actively supplied to the occupation grouping of Russian forces in Donbas. Fuel is delivered on gas tank trucks from Russia.
