Russian terrorists shelled at Ukrainian villages – ATO Press Center

On July 11, 2015, the ATO Press Center reports that last night the situation in the ATO area remained stably tense.

“During the last 24 hours pro-Russian terrorists made 50 attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops and civilian settlements. 26 cases of shelling were violations of the Minsk agreements,” informs ATO Press Center.

The terrorists fired at Svitlodarsk from 152mm artillery around 1 p.m. on July 10. Avdiivka town was shelled from 120mm mortars at 11.30 p.m yesterday.

Recently pro-Russian terrorists have shelled at civilian settlements, whith children, women, and elderly people more often.

“In the Mariupol sector, pro-Russian militants shelled positions of Ukrainian servicemen from 120mm mortars and 122mm artillery near the villages of Lebedynske and Shyrokyne. They also fired from a tank near Novohryhorivka. In addition, the militants fired at ATO forces positions from banned artillery and mortars near Pisky, Troitske, Verkhniotoretske, Krymske, Novoselivka, Khimik and Novhorodske,” reports the ATO Press Center.

Villages of Kirove and Krymske have been fired from mortars and small arms from midnight till 6 a.m. on July 11 2015.

The situation in the ATO area is controlled entirely by Ukrainian forces. Ukrainian soldiers reliably hold defensive lines.
