Russian special forces want to disrupt fourth stage of mobilization in Ukraine – Tymchuk

Russian special forces intend to disrupt or hinder the fourth stage of mobilization in Ukraine.
Information Resistance group leader Dmytro Tymchuk reported this on his Facebook page.
“The structures of information and psychological operations of the General Staff of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces and the Russian Federal Security Service have been tasked with conducting a large-scale information operation to disrupt or significantly hinder the fourth stage of mobilization being prepared in Ukraine,” he wrote.
According to the group, the operation is to be conducted in cooperation with the structures of “information warfare” of the Russian-terrorist forces that were created in the occupied areas of Donbas by experts of the General Staff of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces.
“The main purpose of the operation is to disrupt or significantly hinder the mobilization process by conducting a widespread misinformation campaign. Thus, not allowing the command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and other armed groups to increase the strength of operational reserves or significantly slowing and complicating this process,” Tymchuk said.
