Russian sources say “LPR” will be allowed for negotiations in Minsk

Leaders of the self-proclaimed “Luhansk People’s Republic” (“LPR”) will probably participate in a trilateral meeting of the contact group Ukraine-Russia-OSCE on Friday.
RIA Novosti reported.
“(“Premiere”of the “LPR”Igor) Plotnitsky and (head of the “LPR” parliament Oleksiy) Kariakin are absent at their workplace for the whole day,” the agency’s interlocutor said. According to him, most likely, they headed for Minsk for talks.
As reported by Ukrinform, September 19, at Minsk, a meeting of the contact group is scheduled, but the exact membership, place and time of its holding are unknown.
As reported, September 5, in Minsk, by results of a meeting of the tripartite contact group it was agreed on a ceasefire and a relevant protocol was signed, based on the peace plan of President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and the initiatives of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
