Russian “humanitarian aid” may be allowed to Ukraine today

First trucks with Russian humanitarian aid will arrive in Ukraine on August 22.
A statement by the International Committee of the Red Cross reads on Twitter, UNN reports.
“We observe. Trucks have to go tomorrow,” a statement reads.
Now, the border guards check the first trucks of the Russian column with humanitarian aid. The International Committee of the Red Cross plans to send this humanitarian aid from Russia to Luhansk.
