Russia sends up to 40 ”instructors” for Donetsk militants: NGO

Forty Russian ”instructors” have arrived at the self-proclaimed Donetsk People`s Republic (DPR) to train militants, according to Information Resistance, a non-governmental project on information security.
”A new group of `instructors` (up to 40 men) have arrived at the DPR, namely at the training centers in the town of Yenakiyeve and outside the town of Torez. The bulk of the `instructors` are tank troop officers and mechanized infantry,” Member of Parliament Dmytro Tymchuk, coordinator of the Information Resistance Group, wrote on Facebook.
At the same time, he added, there are rumors spreading among Donbas militants and local residents that from the middle of August Moscow will recall most of its ”instructors” and ”supervisors” after local commanders and officials take over.
