Russian-terrorist troops are rotating manpower, Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) has reported.
NSDC spokesman Andriy Lysenko said this at a briefing on Tuesday.
“Over the past 24 hours five columns of about 80 vehicles have been spotted moving through the Izvaryne checkpoint in the direction of the city of Luhansk. Moreover, most of these vehicles are cars and buses with personnel and ammunition,” he said.
